Laura Marshall Brizes
Laura, M.S., M.S.A., founder of Wellness Natural Sales since 1996 (then called The Green Goddess Group), began her official natural products career, after having received an M.S. in Corporate Wellness from The American University in D.C. She began working with nutritional products companies (specifically Nutraceutical Corporation and New Chapter) for the Carolinas Territory. She built a solid reputation as a sales leader and educator before launching her brokerage in 2005. Before launching the brokerage, she got an M.S.A. in Classical Chinese Medicine, following her heart and passion for a deeper understanding of natural medicine. Since being in the industry she and her reps over the years have worked for numerous wellness companies, proud to be part of the nurturing of brands.
Her Team has won the Heavy Hitter’s Award (best in overall sales) for Host Defense 5 years in a row. They’re consistent in meeting sales goals over the years, having built deep relationships with their stores. Most of the sales team has been with Laura for over a decade.
Melody Diaz Williams
Eastern Carolina Region
Melody is our Eastern North and South Carolina representative, based out of beautiful Wilmington, N.C. She has worked in the natural products industry since 2004 starting her career as Marketing Director for an independent natural market. She has worked on the brand side as an education, marketing, and sales specialist before entering the brokerage world where she has worked since 2012.
Katie Hughes
GA, AL, Southeastern TN Region
Katie comes to us with a background in Logistics management. Her affinity for natural health began a few years ago when she sought alternatives to conventional medicine for managing stress and enhancing her overall well-being. She loves sharing knowledge with others and understanding the power of nature and she loves watching individuals to take charge of and change their health.

Laura manages the territory of Greenville SC and all those stores around and in between those gorgeous mountains. She has 30 years of industry experience working with companies such as Eden Foods & Kehe Distributors in positions that range from Regional Sales Mgr to Wellness Category Broker. She understands the business from multiple angles, having forged partnerships with retailers, distributors & vendors to uphold the value & integrity of these wholesome products.
Heather Jenkins
Boone, NC
Heather came to us from Earth Fare at the height of its success. She has been with us for nearly 15 years developing very strong relationships with our retail partners in gorgeous Boone, NC. She is a true mountain lover & is devoted to the community she serves.
Heather's hobbies include selling real estate,fitness, playing with her dogs, and making the most out of what life has to offer. Her positive nature and ability to persevere are assets to WNS.
Jenny Zoeller
Office Manager
Upon graduating from Flagler College in Florida, Jenny moved to Asheville, NC. She quickly fell in love with the mountains and noticed an improved sense of well-being and quality of life. With her passion for healthy living, she knew she belonged in the natural products industry. For the past 15 years, Jenny has thoroughly enjoyed working in this industry on mostly the finance/admin supportive side. She understands the important role local health food stores play in ones’ community. As the Office Manager for WNS she feels honored to help support those hard-working stores, their local reps, and the vendors that bring these great, natural products to you.

Susan Haynsworth
Central & Lower SC Region
Susan is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Health Coach who has worked in several facets of the natural health field for the past 30 years. Beginning with her first health food store job after college to her most recent role as Lead Practitioner for Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy in Santa Fe, NM, she has provided a supportive presence in stores with her extensive knowledge of products. She has also worked independently for some of the top herbal and supplement lines, and feels very much at home in the world of wellness retail. Nothing is more satisfying to Susan than assisting others on the path to good health by introducing them to natural products combined with a healthy lifestyle.
